Estimates and pricing
All estimates are provided free of charge and are based on an on-site inspection. Estimates are valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing is confirmed in a written agreement before work begins. We do not guarantee fixed pricing without an inspection.
Scope of work
The scope of any repair is defined in the written agreement between you and Smyrna Foundation Solutions. Work outside that scope requires a separate agreement. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions not identified during inspection or for work performed by others.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smyrna Foundation Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services performed. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific work at issue.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
