Foundation Repair Technician

Join our field crew installing push piers, helical piers, wall anchors, and carbon fiber stabilization systems across Greater Smyrna. You'll work alongside our lead technician on residential foundation repairs from inspection support through final walkthrough.
Qualifications
- • 2+ years residential construction or foundation repair experience
- • Comfortable with heavy lifting, excavation, and confined-space crawl space work
- • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the Smyrna yard
- • Attention to detail — we document every elevation reading

Waterproofing & Drainage Crew Member

Help install interior French drains, exterior foundation drains, sump systems, and basement waterproofing membranes. You'll work on homes across Rutherford, Williamson, Davidson, and Wilson counties.
Qualifications
- • 1+ years construction, landscaping, or drainage experience
- • Comfortable with excavation and concrete work
- • Valid driver's license
- • Works well in a small crew

Be the first voice homeowners hear when they call. Route inspection requests, schedule field crews, answer scheduling questions, and keep homeowners informed from first contact through completed repair.

- • Strong phone and written communication skills
